I’m Daniel Gruebel—a fitness coach, former engineer, father, and founder of Daniel Gruebel Fitness.

My journey into coaching wasn’t conventional—but that’s exactly what makes my system different.

Before stepping fully into the fitness industry, I spent over two decades as a lead engineer and manager in the automotive world. During that time, I was also coaching, training, and competing—because fitness wasn’t just a hobby for me, it was my anchor.

How do I sign up?

Spots for 1:1 coaching are limited, and I only work with individuals who are serious about creating real change. Click any of the “Apply Now” buttons on this page to fill out a short application. From there, I’ll personally reach out to learn more about your goals and see if it’s a great fit.

How is the coaching delivered?

Everything is managed through my custom coaching app, which becomes your personal hub for training, communication, video demos, habit tracking, progress updates, and messaging. It’s designed to keep things simple, efficient, and totally aligned with your day-to-day life.

I can only work out on certain days or a limited number of times per week. Will this still work for me?

Absolutely. As long as you can commit to at least 3 sessions per week, I’ll tailor your program to your exact schedule and availability. Whether you have 3, 5, or 7 days available, your training will be built around what’s realistic for you—and still deliver results.

Do I need special equipment? Can I do this from home?

Your plan will be 100% based on the equipment you have access to—whether that’s a full gym, a home setup, a minimal space at work, or even a hotel gym while traveling. And if your environment changes? I’ll give you updated workouts and modifications to keep you on track.

Is this a personalized program?

Yes—completely. Every aspect of your program is custom-built based on the intake form, movement assessment, your personal goals, training history, and schedule. This isn’t a template—it’s an evolving system built specifically for you.

Is nutrition coaching included?

Yes. We’ll create a fueling strategy tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle—without restrictive dieting or extreme meal plans. You’ll learn how to eat to perform, burn fat, build muscle, and feel energized—even on your busiest days.

What does communication look like?

You’ll check in with me weekly to review progress, ask questions, and make adjustments. You’ll also have direct access to me via in-app messaging throughout the week for support, feedback, or when life throws a curveball.
